Modesty is Pleasing to the Lord: 1 Timothy 2: 8-10: "I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting. In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works."
Modesty is Helpful to Brothers in Christ: Usually as soon as someone says this, someone will speak up and say "That's a guy problem! If he's got a problem, he just need to deal with it!" I am not trying to imply a man is not responsible for his own actions, but that sisters in Christ need to help men by dressing wisely.
